Whether you’re completely new to Mosaic Church, or have been here for years, we’d love to encourage everyone to sign up to serve one Sunday a month. There are lots of different teams to get stuck into, from the welcome team, to visuals/PA, or Kids & Youth work. It’s a great way to meet people, and get more involved in the life of the church.

other ways to be involved

Regular community time in a smaller environment can have such a positive affect on your spiritual and physical health. It also provides support, a sense of belonging, accountability and fun! At Mosaic Church we value time together, to learn more about each other; Jesus; and ways we can share the gospel to all areas of the city. We have a number of different groups which provide extended touch points.

Mission Groups

Mission Groups are the place we encourage each other to follow Jesus (UP), build community (IN) and make disciples (OUT). Mission Groups usually have around 4-12 people that meet weekly in the home.  We often eat together, read the bible, pray, worship together and engage in missional activities.

Each mission group has a different mission focus:

People

Place

Passion

Some mission groups focus on mission to a place (e.g. the local neighbourhood), or people (e.g. students) or a passion (e.g. 5-aside football)

We have mission groups across South Leeds, some that meet in the evenings others that meet in the daytime.

Discipleship Triplets

As the name suggests, a Triplet is a group that ideally consists of three people of the same gender, who meet together regularly for an intentional time to focus on how we follow Jesus (UP). They are the main place discipleship happens at Mosaic.

Over time, Triplets become a group of friends cheering each on in their discipleship journey. Most groups spend time studying the bible and learning how it applies to our lives. We speak openly about our the challenges and encouragements we face.

Triplets can be formed organically as people meet each other. We have a training guide for new groups. If you are not in a triplet and would like help finding one, please contact us at info@mosaic-church.org.uk
